SANAMDERNPA  HOUSE 

SANAMDERNPA HOUSE is a renovation and extension project of an existing home, with a completely redesigned interior. The design reflects the homeowner’s identity as an outdoor gear entrepreneur. The core concept was to create a house that feels like it is nestled within a forest—every space offers a view of trees and allows a strong connection to nature.

The house is ideally located, with a public park in front and a natural canal at the rear. This natural setting provides green views on both sides. The layout was carefully planned to maximize the surrounding nature in terms of wind flow, daylight, and visual connection.

As the family enjoys outdoor activities, semi-outdoor spaces were given special attention. Large balconies on both the first and second floors serve as transitional zones between indoor and outdoor living, supporting everyday use and social gatherings.

The interior layout was designed to be flexible and multifunctional, easily adapting to different activities and gatherings—especially with friends, who often come by to spend time at the house.

The interior design was carried out by GolfKris Studio, while the landscape design was created by Lana Design Studio. Their collaboration helped complete the vision of a home immersed in nature, inside and out.
